1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services Offered

Pase ATC offers specialized training courses (accredited and non-accredited), consulting services, and project management solutions. Details of each offering are provided on the website and may change without prior notice.

3. Course Registration and Payment

  • Registration for courses or services must be completed via our website or authorized channels.

  • Payment must be made in full before participation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No refunds on payments or cancellations will be made, course must be done within 6 months of 1st payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable materials) is the intellectual property of Pase ATC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its servers

  • Distribute viruses, spam, or malicious content

6. Limitation of Liability

Pase ATC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

Client acknowledge that he/she will have no claims whether for damage or otherwise [and whether in derelict or contract] against PASE ATC or any of its members, agents or servants arising out of injury or loss of life and/or property damage and whether caused by the negligence of the Academy or any of the aforesaid persons, or as a result of any Training provided by PASE ATC and I hereby irrevocably waive and abandon all such claims.

Client further confirm that this waiver will be binding on my estate, executors, dependents or assigns and that the PASE ATC and the aforesaid persons are only obliged to exercise a reasonable duty of care towards me.

Client hereby indemnify  and  shall  keep  indemnified  PASE ATC,  its  members,  agents,  servants and trainers  and hold  each of them harmless  from and against   all and any claims,  loss  demands,  liability, cost  and  expenses of  whatsoever nature [including  legal  costs]  which  may  be  brought against  PASE ATC” (PTY) Ltd,  its  members,  agents,  servants and  trainers  by  any  person  whomsoever  by  any  act  or omission  of whatsoever nature and whether amounting  to  negligence  or otherwise  on  my part and/ or breach by me of any rules  and/or  use by me of PASE ATC premises.

Client acknowledge and confirm that he/she use of PASE ATC premises or premises use by PASE ATC will be entirely at my own risk and I hereby agree to abide by the Instructor/Range Officer’s instructions and rules which I declare to be fully binding upon me.

PASE ATC” (PTY) Ltd have permission to use/ publish any photos/ videos for marketing, social media or for whatever reason that was taken during our courses.

Any cheating or dishonesty via Crip notes, cell phones on a summative assessment (close book exam) it will result in immediate dismissal from the course.
